Effective Date: March 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy applies to the KickLens Chrome Extension ("KickLens", "the Extension"). The Extension is designed to provide real-time stream analytics, profile data, and chat insights for users browsing Kick.com.
We believe in strict data privacy. KickLens does not collect, store, transmit, or sell any of your personal data or browsing history.
To function, KickLens requires the ability to read data on Kick.com. This includes:
Crucially, all processing happens locally on your machine. None of this data is ever transmitted to the developer, external databases, or third-party analytics services. Once you close the Kick.com tab, the session data is cleared from your browser's memory.
KickLens requests the storage permission in your browser. This is strictly used to utilize chrome.storage.local for saving your personal Extension preferences, specifically your custom "Excluded Bots" list. This information never leaves your device.
Because KickLens is an overlay for Kick.com, it naturally interacts with Kick's infrastructure:
Your interaction with these services is governed by Kick's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. KickLens simply acts as a local lens to format and analyze the data Kick is already sending to your browser.
If the core functionality of KickLens changes in a way that requires the collection or transmission of user data, this Privacy Policy will be updated, and you will be notified via the Chrome Web Store extension update notes.
If you have any questions, concerns, or bug reports regarding KickLens or this Privacy Policy, you can reach out via:
